| Harjinder Lota | ||
Harjinder joined Banbury Homes in 2002 as Housing Services Manager and took over the role of Director in 2005. Prior to joining Banbury Homes he worked for Whitefriars Housing Group and Orbit Housing Association. Harjinder became Charter's Managing Director when Banbury Homes and Charter joined forces to become one organisation from 1st April 2008. |
| Philip Brady | ||
Philip Brady is professionally qualified in both Housing and Youth & Community Work. Philip joined Charter in April 2004 as Head of Housing Services and was appointed Head of Operations in January 2007. He has extensive experience of the social housing sector having worked for local authority housing departments in Manchester, Wigan and Oxford. Before joining Charter he was Business Manager with Cherwell Housing Trust. |
| Mark Johnson | ||
Mark Johnson is professionally qualified in Construction Management and has been in the industry since 1980. He moved into the Social Housing sector in 1994 when he joined Cherwell District Council as a Surveyor. Since then he has progressed within that local authority and became Head of Property Services for Charter Community Housing when it was formed following an LSVT out of Cherwell District Council in 2004. Since that transfer Mark has overseen the delivery of a significant planned improvement programme on the Charter stock and is now looking forward to delivering a comprehensive maintenance service on the recently expanded stock as a consequence of the integration Banbury Homes and some Sanctuary Shaftesbury stock in to the management remit of Charter Community Housing. |
| Darrell Locke | ||
Darrell Locke is a CIPFA qualified accountant and has worked in housing finance since 1994. Darrell is currently the Financial Services Manager (since April 2004) and before that was the Head of Finance for Cherwell District Council for 3 years with responsibilities for ensuring that the Council's annual budgets and accounts were produced. During his time with the Council, he was also responsible for the Housing Finances of the local authority. Before joining the Council in 1987, Darrell worked as a Finance Officer for Alex Lawrie Factors and before that as a trainee Chartered Accountant with Whitley, Stimpson and Partners in Banbury. |
| Gerry Hodge | ||
Gerry Hodge is a qualified Project Manager (PRINCE 2 Practitioner) and has extensive Management experience gained in both the Private and Public Sectors. Gerry has overarching responsibility for the Charter Customer Service Centre, Corporate Service provision and Building Management in addition to various ad-hoc or short-life projects. Gerry Project Managed on behalf of Charter the £3m new office development which was successfully completed in September 2007. Before joining Charter in 2004, Gerry worked for a Telecoms Company that created a country wide fibre-optic network that was eventually sold to 3 Mobile. Prior to this Gerry worked in a number of high profile positions in Central Government providing Executive Support to the CEO of the Highways Agency, Director of Transport for London and for several years managed the Ministerial Correspondence Unit at the Department of Transport. Gerry worked on the project that created Transport for London bringing together a number independent government operations to form one cohesive organisation. |
| Jo Cox | ||
Jo Cox is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She has been HR Manager of Charter Community Housing, a stock transfer Housing Association in Banbury, since 2004 and is a member of Charter's Senior Management Team. Jo has extensive experience in the public sector having taken up her first position in HR in 1990. Charter joined Sanctuary in 2007 and since then Jo has also worked as a member of the Senior HR Team at Sanctuary to deliver HR Services across the group. |
