Tenant Satisfaction Survey
In November 2004 a postal survey of all tenants was carried out to find out how satisfied they were with the services Charter provides.
1,485 tenants (41%) returned their questionnaires and 84% of tenants said they were satisfied with the overall service they receive.
The survey provides a solid base of data from which we will be able to measure improvement in service quality.

National Residents Survey 2007
The findings of our latest National Residents' Survey show a high resident satisfaction in many areas. This continues the upward trend for the Sanctaury Group.
Telephone interviews were carried out by an external research agency during September 2007 to a representative sample of residents across the organisation. In toatl, over 4000 residents participated, giving views about their home and neighbourhood, and the services provided by the organisation.
We conduct this resident survey every year as one of the key ways to find out the views of our residents, and use this information to inform future service improvements. This also helps us to assess the success of previous improvement initiatives.
