Charter is a subsidiary of the Sanctuary Housing Association (an exempt charity). As well as managing some 3500 properties, we can also supply residents in our area with our Charter Personal Alarms, which can provide "help at the touch of a button" to the elderly or disabled. In addition, we have garages in various areas available for rent. You don't have to be one of our tenants to take advantage of either of these services. ID CARD REMINDER We would like to remind all residents to ask to see ID cards when we call. All Charter staff carry identification cards and if a caller claiming to be from Charter cannot produce one, then they may not bewho they say they are.
