Charter Community Housing Ltd is a non-profit making organisation that exists to provide quality housing and exemplary services improving people's quality of life and the communities in which they live through the active involvement of tenants and in partnership with others.
The Association is registered with the Housing Corporation and is a member of the National Housing Federation.
We are keen to help protect residents from the dangers of bogus callers and asking to see identification is the best way of guarding against the danger. If you are in any doubt about a caller
claming to be from Charter, close the door and call us on 0845 009 2500 to check first.
Charter news
As well as managing some 3500 properties, we can also supply residents in our area with our Charter Personal Alarms, which can provide "help at the touch of a button" to the elderly or disabled.
In addition, we have garages in various areas available for rent.
You don't have to be one of our tenants to take advantage of either of these services.
