Achievements

Charter Community Housing has achieved the following during 2004-2006

Central heating

• To date, Charter Community Housing have offered full heating installations to all properties that had none present or only partial systems, and have installed 1200 systems to those properties where the tenants requested it.

Double glazing

• Charter Community Housing has installed 1050 double glazed windows and doors, and external doors only to 288 properties where double glazed windows were already present.

Kitchens and bathrooms

• 338 new kitchens have been installed
• 69 new bathrooms have been installed
