What's happening next

By September 2007 every Charter Community Housing property will have benefited from double glazed windows and doors.

Over the next 2 years the last 99 homes will have first time central heating and 346 homes will have upgraded or renewal central heating.

Any property that has partial heating will be upgraded to full central heating by October 2005 for tenants requesting this.

Tenants will receive an information pack from the contractor installing the central heating system should you have any queries.

We will have fitted 100 kitchens in 2005/2006 and 125 kitchens & bathrooms will be fitted in this same period.

Over the next two years over 600 homes will have new kitchens and 400 homes will have new bathrooms.
