Garages

Charter Community Housing rent garages to both tenants and non-tenants in Banbury, Bicester, Kidlington and some villages in the surrounding area.  A list of Garage sites can be found on the application form which can be downloaded using the link opposite. 

How can I apply for a garage?

To rent a garage please download an application form or telephone Customer Services 0845 009 2500 and one will be posted to you.

What happens if there is no garage available?

If there is not a free garage in your chosen area then Charter operate a waiting list: priority is given in the following order:

1. Disabled applicants

2. Charter tenant requiring a first garage

3. Non-Charter tenant requiring a first garage

4. Tenant wishing to transfer within the same site

5. Tenant wishing to transfer to another site

6. Application for a second garage

What can the garage be used for?

Please note that the garage is let solely for the purpose of parking a car or motorcycle and not to be used for any other purpose.

How much will the garage cost?

From 1st April 2008 Garage rental costs per week are:

£6.20 for Residents

£8.52 for non-Residents
