Services for residents

Services for residents are mainly delivered by four teams; our Tenancy Services team, our Rents team, our Lettings team and our Sheltered Housing team.

The Tenancy Services team deals with matters relating to the Tenancy Agreement, and the general condition of estates and neighbourhoods, with the aim of creating a safe and peaceful environment in which to live.

The Rents team deals with the collection of rent and the recovery of rent arrears, including advice on welfare benefits and housing benefits.

The Lettings team deals with the allocation of properties to tenants who have been nominated by Cherwell District Council.

The Sheltered Housing team provides daily support and round the clock emergency cover to residents living within sheltered housing schemes.
