These may include:

• Front door
   
• Gas fire or wall heater
   
• Greenhouse or shed
   
• Internal doors
   
• Outside tap
   
• Patio or patio door
   
• Porch
   
• Replacement sink
   
• Shower
   
• Water meter
   
• Windows

You will be responsible for any repairs to the improvements and alterations you have made.
