Mutual Exchange

Charter Community Housing can assist tenants who wish to exchange with another tenant; we publish a Mutual Exchange List which is updated weekly; a copy is available by telephoning 0845 009 2500.

You can also view the exchange list at our Head Office, Hindle House or at our George Street Office in Banbury (open Mondays and Thursdays only).

Exchange a property in another area of the country

Should you wish to move to another area of the country then the national list 'Homeswapper' may be of interest to you.  For more information on this please contact Cherwell District Council.

Advertising on the Mutual Exchange list

If you wish to add your name to the Mutual Exchange register in order to advertise your details, please complete the Mutual Exchange Registration Form.

Once you have found someone who would like to exchange properties with you, please complete the Mutual Exchange Application form.

Please read the notes concerning house exchange as this contains important information for anyone interested in exchanging properties. The notes can be found at the bottom of the application form.
