Rents and other charges

When you sign up for a tenancy you will be informed of how much rent you need to pay. If we increase your rent we will give you at least four weeks notice in writing. Any new rent levels will come into effect in as detailed in your tenancy agreement.

How your rent is calculated

We set your rent in line with Government and Housing Corporation policies. Our rent setting policies are

To cover our costs
To be fair to all tenants
To be similar to other social landlords
To move towards having similar rents for similar properties in the area

Other charges you may pay

The total sum you pay can also include service charges or charges for extra services.
