How to pay your rent
By Direct Debit
Your payments are spread equally through the year on a monthly basis. You can pay on the 1st 10th 17th and 24th of each month.
When your rent changes we can adjust the direct debit for you.
You have the chance to win £100 in our prize draw every three months (garage accounts excluded)
Standing Order
Your payments are spread equally through the year on a monthly basis.
You can have a weekly Standing Order if your Bank or Building Society allows it.
If your rent changes you will have to instruct your bank to alter your payments.

Payment Card
If you do not want to pay through the bank you can use your payment card to enable you to pay as follows; at any Post office, or any outlet displaying the Payzone or Paypoint logo.
Internet Payments
You must have a payment card to have the details to pay online and your debit or credit card. The website address is www.allpayments.net
By Telephone
You must have a payment card to enable you to make payments over the telephone. There is a 24 hour automated telephone service operated by our card provider ALLPAY. Please call 0870 243 6040.
By post to our offices
Send a cheque or postal order. Please make cheques payable to your own Landlord this might not be Charter Community Housing. You will need to write your name, address and rent account number on the back of the cheque.
Housing Benefit
If you claim Housing Benefit this can be paid direct to us. Remember though if your Housing Benefit does not cover the full rent you will have to pay us the remaining amount.
