The Tenancy Services team

• Investigates neighbour complaints
   
• Tackles Anti-Social Behaviour
   
• Deals with breaches of tenancy (e.g. untidy gardens)
   
• Deals with requests for tenancy support
   
• Deals with mutual exchange requests
   
• Deals with requests for name changes, assignment of tenancy and succession requests
   
• Deals with boundary disputes
   
• Deals with requests to purchase small areas of land
   
• Deals with the Right to Buy and Right to Acquire schemes
   
• Deals with tenants requests to improve or adapt their homes
   
• Deals with requests for garden assistance
